Controller and contact
Faro Labs manages informational apps for mobility, transport and everyday information. For privacy questions, contact `teamfarolabs@gmail.com`.
Covered apps
This general policy applies to the Faro Labs website and links to app-specific policies for each published app. Each app may use different services, permissions and data sources.
Data processed
Faro Labs aims to limit personal data processing. The apps do not request identifying data such as name, postal address or phone number unless the user voluntarily provides it in a support request.
Depending on the app and user settings, technical data, aggregated analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, approximate or precise location, external APIs, maps or NFC reading may be processed when required by the feature.
Purposes
Data is used to provide app functionality, improve stability, understand aggregated usage, show ads where applicable and respond to support or privacy requests.
Third-party services
Apps may integrate Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, map services, transport APIs, official public sources and other required technical services. These providers may process data under their own policies.
The website may use Firebase Analytics and AdSense only when appropriate according to the applicable consent settings.
Advertising and consent
Some apps show ads through Google AdMob and the website may show ads through Google AdSense. Where required, consent for cookies, identifiers or advertising data processing will be requested through the mechanisms available on the website, in the app or in Google services.
User rights
You may request information, correction or deletion of data where applicable by contacting `teamfarolabs@gmail.com`.
Children
Faro Labs apps and website are not specifically directed to children. If information has been provided by a minor by mistake, review or deletion can be requested through the privacy contact email.
Changes
Faro Labs may update this policy to reflect changes in apps, services or legal requirements.
