Information processed

The line and stop catalogue is bundled with the app. Favorites and the analytics and diagnostics preference are stored on the device. The documented version does not request device location, does not require an account and does not include advertising. Live-data and map requests may provide technical connection information, such as an IP address, to their providers.

Analytics and diagnostics

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are disabled initially. If you enable sharing analytics and diagnostics, usage events, crash reports and related technical information may be processed. You can turn them off in the app's privacy section to stop further collection. Retention and previously transmitted data depend on the Firebase configuration and must be confirmed before launch.

External services

The app uses TUS Santander and Renfe commuter-train data, the municipal TUS arrival-estimate service, and MapKit on iOS or Google Maps on Android. External sources and maps have their own terms and privacy policies. Retention and rights

You can remove favorites and preferences by clearing app data or uninstalling the app, although a system backup may restore them. Uninstalling does not automatically remove data already sent to third parties. To request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance, contact us with the app and platform, without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. Retention periods and controller identification must be confirmed before distribution.

Bus Cantabria Cercanías is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TUS, Renfe or public authorities. This policy will be reviewed when features or data practices change.
